Note: Some details in this thread may be disturbing

Complete denial is a common reaction to the truth that the Baals and other imposters of God are prominent in the church and other believing communities today, and that these demons do affect and "possess" even saved, believers. This denial is even common with experienced ministers who should have knowledge of our adversaries in the spiritual war – the dark spiritual powers and rulers in this world, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood people, but against these spirits of darkness who reign in realms of wickedness (Ephesians 6:11).

Why are so many be blind to the adversary? One reason is because they seduce with cleverly hidden lies and deception to make root for what appears to be true and reasonable teaching, but actually are false teachings. The uninitiated readily accept these lies, especially when truth is often given with them, and so they become ensnared and held captive by these demons to be loyal to false doctrine and guidance – they are held captive by the devil just as Apostle Paul said in 2 Timothy 2:26.

These demons are also the seducing/deceiving spirits that spread false doctrine mentioned in the New Testament (1 Timothy 4:1). But because many of these demons claim to be God or a saint or angel of God, those who accept their lies unwittingly make themselves loyal to them and their false teachings instead of God, which is idolatry I have talked about before (see Light Within and God’s Alarm for more).

The New Testament mentions them, but these demons are not new to this age. God’s original chosen people fell to them as well. They are found in the Old Testament under a different name, or actually title, - Baal, Ba’al, or Baalim (plural of Baal). It is an ancient Hebrew title meaning Lord, Master, Owner, or Possessor. The word most often appears in the Bible in relation to God’s people committing idolatry by worshipping these pagan deity lords (Judges 2:11-13, 8:33; 1 Samuel 12:10; 1 Kings 18:18, 22:53; 2 Kings 10:18-28, 17:16; Jeremiah 11:13, 19:5, 23:13; Hosea 2:8, 2:13, 11:2).

In ancient times, Ba’al was a Hebrew title used to address the Lord, but because the imposter Baals or Lords became widespread, the title fell out of use in relation to God and now only refers to the pagan deities.

There is also a misconception that idols related to these Baals and other pagan gods are only physical objects, because God states, "[they] threw their gods into the fire; for they were not gods, but only the work of human hands, wood and stone [idols]" (2 Kings 19:18; Isaiah 37:19; also Habakkuk 2:18-19), and "Can a person make gods for himself? But they are not gods!" (Jeremiah 16:19-20; also Habakkuk 2:18-19).

Yes, people cannot make real gods and man-made idols or “gods” which people use in worship are not truly gods or living spirits. They are only figurines and statues, which was why God said, they are not gods, and Paul also reiterated, gods made by hands are not gods at all (Acts 19:26) and an idol is nothing in the world (1 Corinthians 8:4).

However, these idols are associated with real spirits, like the Baals and other pagan gods, who do have power and are “gods” in the sense of actually having real spirits or demons associated with them.

They had and continue to have real spiritual powers to work signs and miracles and give spiritual guidance. These “false” spiritual powers are only false in the sense that they are not directly of God, but they are real spiritual powers, which the New Testament says are of the work of Satan, with all power, signs, and wonders (2 Thessalonians 2:9).

This is why peoples throughout history paid homage to and tried to live within the commands of these gods. Doing so did give real benefit because these spirits do give tangible and real favors, miracles, and protection when you obey and satisfy them. All the false miracles I’ve seen from today’s imposters attest to this reality, and the ancient Jews even said their lives were better when they sacrificed to pagan gods (Jeremiah 44:15-18).

This is why Paul also acknowledged these other gods existed. He said, though there are what are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, as indeed there are many gods and many lords (1 Corinthians 8:6), and he also affirmed their existence in Ephesians 6:11, which I used above - our fight is not with people, but with the rulers and powers of the spiritual realm.

Paul also told the Athenians that they were ignorantly worshipping our one true God along with their other gods when they made an altar labelled TO AN UNKNOWN GOD, of which Paul proclaimed to them, The God who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made by hands… though He is not far from each one of us, for in Him we live and move and exist, as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we also are His descendants’ (Acts 17:24-28).

So, the ancient Greeks actually knew of our one true God and worshipped Him along with other gods, though they did not know Him as His people did. That is why their altar to Him was labeled TO AN UNKNOWN GOD.

To further show that pagan peoples served other gods to appease and get favor from them instead of curses, the Bible shows the foreign peoples that came into Samaria after the north kingdom of Israel fell to Assyria, asked what the customs of our God was so they could appease Him. They did this because the Lord was still spiritually connected to the land and was angry the new peoples were not living by Jewish law, so He sent lions to kill them (2 Kings 17:24-28).

They obviously knew they had to do things in accordance with the God of the land (2 Kings 17:27) to take away the curse of lions, just as they knew they had to do what their pagan gods wanted in order to gain their favor. So the king of Assyria got one of the exiled Israelite priests to come back to Samaria and teach the new peoples God’s laws (2 Kings 17:28).

We can see that these pagan gods are real spiritual gods when we look at the ancient Hebrew word, elohim, which is used in the Bible to refer to God, as well as other gods, angels, rulers, judges, and divine beings. Elohim is a plural word and appears in the first sentence of the Bible where it says, In the beginning God [Elohim] created the heaven and the earth (Genesis 1:1).

This use of plurality for God goes with His nature of being more than one person that is still only one God – the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are the foremost persons of God and all are considered to be equal and one with God.

But pagan gods are also referred to as elohim in the Bible, and they used that title in ancient times which is confirmed in ancient texts outside the Bible. In the Bible, God affirms these pagan gods or elohim are real beings because one of His titles is God of gods, which in the original Hebrew reads, Elohim of elohim (Deuteronomy 10:17), a title much like Lord of lords and King of kings (Deuteronomy 10:17; Psalm 136:3; 1 Timothy 6:15; Revelation 17:14, 19:16), so he is referring to real gods, elohim spiritual beings, and not idol figurines or statues, for who would be foolish enough to interpret God as a Statue of statues or Totem of totems?

However, today, many of these elohim spirits, actually claim to be our one true living God. They are the modern day Baals and imposters I have talked much about and are the reason why I no longer use the title Elohim for God and prefer to use God’s personal Hebrew names. Just as the title Baal fell out of use to address God, we as a People of God should be having our focus on our one true God as directly as we can, so I avoid titles and words that other gods use and have taken over. I will discuss God’s Hebrew names in another article, but you probably already noticed I prefer to use Yahovah and Yeshua.

Here, I will share testimonies given directly to me that show today’s Baals are truly imposters of God as I have said, and that people are unwittingly giving them loyalty and proclaiming false prophecy from them, which truly puts the church into idolatry and is another sin of the Harlot Babylon that the Lord is angry about in these days at the end of the age.

So just as Jeremiah prophesied judgment on His people for their loyalty to and prophesying by the Baals, I repeat God’s words for this generation because His people have fallen to the very same sins as the last:
Therefore this is what the Lord, Yahovah of hosts, says concerning the prophets, “Behold, I am going to feed them wormwood and make them drink poisonous water, for from the prophets of Jerusalem ungodliness has spread into all the land.”

This is what Yahovah of hosts says, “Do not listen to the words of the prophets who are prophesying to you. They are leading you into futility. They tell a vision of their own imagination, not from the mouth of Yahovah.

They keep saying to those who despise Me, ‘Yahovah has said, “You will have peace.”’
And as for everyone who walks in the stubbornness of his own heart, they say, ‘Disaster will not come on you.’

But who has stood in the council of Yahovah that he should see and hear His word? Who has paid attention to His word and listened?

Behold, the storm of Yahovah has gone forth in wrath, even a whirling tempest. It will swirl down on the head of the wicked.

The anger of Yahovah will not turn back until He has performed and carried out the purposes of His heart.

In the Last Days you will clearly understand it.

I did not send these prophets, but they ran. I did not speak to them, but they prophesied.

But if they had stood in My council, then they would have announced My words to My people, and would have turned them back from their evil way and from the evil of their deeds.

“Am I a God who is near?” declares Yahovah, “And not a God far off? Can a person hide himself in hiding places so that I do not see him?” declares Yahovah.

“Do I not fill the heavens and the earth?” declares Yahovah.

“I have heard what the prophets have said who prophesy falsely in My name, saying, ‘I had a dream, I had a dream!’

How long? Is there anything in the hearts of the prophets who prophesy falsehood, these prophets of the deceitfulness of their own heart, who intend to make My people forget My name by their dreams which they report to one another, just as their fathers forgot My name because of Baal?

(Jeremiah 23:15-27)
I capitalized Last Days in that prophecy because we are truly coming to clearly understand now at the end of this age – the Last Days - why God is bringing judgment on the world, church, and all believing communities. I have been proclaiming the details a while now, and the testimonies I share here further show the reality of idolatry to modern day Baals in God’s People.

Testimonies
  • The first testimony is from a woman living in Tennessee who is a professing believer, and therefore saved and reborn in Christ. She complained about a spirit speaking to her through a voice in the mind, but the spirit could also be felt. She thought it was God, but it tormented her for years with words of condemnation and constantly put her in fear of going to hell, even after my reassurances to her that she will not go to hell if she maintains public loyal in Christ (see The True Gospel and Imposters for more).

The spirit also said multiple times that she would die by a certain date, but it never happened. It also kept telling her to obey and kept her in worry because she could never deliver everything it asked. It even proclaimed the people at her church were his people, but made her feel she did not belong there and told her not to go unless she did what it said.

I told her the spirit was not God and that she had an imposter spirit of slavery. It would have come from her church or believing in false teachings that are commonly spread today. It cannot be God because God does not lie (Titus 1:2; Hebrews 6:18; Numbers 23:19). If the Lord truly told her she would die by a certain time, it would have happened.

Being pressured with constant fear is also not from God's Spirit, because we do not receive a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but [we] received a spirit of adoption as sons and daughters by which we cry out, ‘Abba! Father!’ (Romans 8:15).

The Lord also does not constantly condemn to make us live in that fear of slavery trying to be absolutely perfect and sinless, for there is now no condemnation at all for those who are in Mashiach Yeshua [Christ Jesus]. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ has set you free from the law of sin and of death (Romans 8:1-2). However, the Lord does discipline and chastise, giving us judgment for sin to remind us of keeping on the path of righteousness and to work towards spiritual maturity (Hebrews 12:5-11).

  • The next testimony is from a young man in Nigeria who told me what happened after he did a prayer of dedication to God and Christ when he was about seven years old. He wasn’t sure if he was saved into God’s kingdom after that, but afterwards he started hearing voices in his mind telling him what to do. They made him very worried about sinning and suggested he would lose salvation from any small sin and needed to repent. The pressure was so constant that he ended up praying for forgiveness more then 10 times a day.

This case is obviously very similar to the first testimony. The young man received a religious spirit or spirits of slavery that promoted a false gospel of salvation by works or complete obedience. The True Gospel is one of free grace by God (Ephesians 2:8-9), which requires belief in Christ and maintaining public loyalty to God through Christ, but sin in general will not take our names out of the Book of Life (see The True Gospel and Imposters for details).

This case also highlights the problem in using things like the “Sinner’s Prayer” to become saved, as these prayers are not what saves a person into God’s kingdom. Personal acknowledgement of God does have positive effect, as it will bring God to act more in the person’s life, which can bring about salvation when the person expresses public loyalty to Christ in addition to having belief.

Prayers that ask for God into a person’s life bring about the working of Christ’s statements, like, So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks, it will be opened (Luke 11:9-10) and "if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with Me" (Revelation 3:20).

God promises His presence to people who seek Him even if they are skeptical, so when they pray to ask Him into their lives, He will act in their lives, but this alone does not save them into God’s kingdom. True belief in Christ is needed as well as public acknowledgement of that belief for a person to be saved, and that often does come after a person prays to have Christ come into their life because God often provides supernatural signs and wonders to aid a skeptic’s faith.

Problems come if prayers are also said to save a person into God’s kingdom, which often happens with preaching that goes with Sinner’s Prayers and prayers for salvation. If this is done, they become instruments of a false gospel and are cursed accordingly, because if you understand that the True Gospel is the one revealed to Apostle Paul, which the Lord also taught me, all other gospels are a different gospel associated with a different Yeshua [Jesus] and a different spirit (2 Corinthians 11:4), and so are cursed as Paul said of these false teachings - "But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed! As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed!" (Galatians 1:8-9).

The curses associated with false gospels and teachings include receiving imposter spirits like these testimonies show. People truly can get a different spirit and different Yeshua (Jesus) when they accept a different gospel.

  • After I told a woman that she was following an imposter of God and the Holy Spirit, she gave me a word from “God” through this spirit which she claimed was the Holy Spirit. The message, though, contained obvious lies, such as claiming God was only within me (my body or person).

God does not lie (Titus 1:2; Hebrews 6:18; Numbers 23:19) and the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth (John 14:16-17, 15:26, 16:13; 1 John 5:6), so obviously this woman was loyal to an imposter Holy Spirit, which she treated just as God.

  • I met a man on the street in my area who claimed to be a prophet of God. He was from out of state and begging for money to continue traveling. That in itself does not say he was a false prophet, as the Lord can have His disciples go without money or much material means, but this man gave me his name and website which I later checked. I found his pages were full of false prophecy proclaiming lies in the name of the Lord.

  • A minister with a long history of end time Rapture Tribulation teachings and sharing and interpretation of prophecies from his “trusted prophets” continued to share his false teachings and false prophecies after I told him about his errors and that his prophets were getting false guidance from imposters of God.

Many of these prophecies come in the form of dreams that these false prophets make public (do you recall the Lord speaking of dreams in Jeremiah 23 above?). But because this minister denied being a prophet himself and instead admitted only to be a “prophetic teacher,” I could see he fulfilled the prophecy of false prophets in Zechariah 13:2-6 when the Lord led me to look at that scripture. The false prophets in that prophecy also proclaimed, "I am not a prophet; I am a cultivator of the ground," which I talked about in The Lord said, Let no one argue and let no one rebuke.
These are only a few of the many examples I encountered that show the Baals and imposters of God and the saints and angels are leading God’s People astray. The churches associated with the first two testimonies are listed in Ministry Warnings and that page gives many more examples of ministries and people I examined and found to be following imposters or are in serious errors of teaching and judgment, so you can go over the details there if you want more information.

The false teachings and gospels that spread these modern day Baals are stumbling blocks for people in God’s kingdom because they can prevent salvation by misleading them with incorrect conditions for the New Covenant, and they also have people lose salvation because they change their mind about Christ and His grace when imposters promote false sin, condemnation, and absolute obedience to have get to heaven.

Those are the products of the tares or weeds in the kingdom, which were planted by the devil (Matthew 13:39). They are stumbling blocks, but we are at the end of the age now when those products will be burned with the weeds in the kingdom, for at the end of the age, the Son of Man will send forth his angels and they will gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks and those who commit lawlessness (Matthew 13:40-41).

"'I will utterly consume all things from off the land, declares Yahovah. I will consume man and beast. I will consume the birds of the sky, and the fishes of the sea, and the stumbling blocks with the wicked, and I will cut off man from the land,' declares Yahovah. 'I will also stretch out My hand upon Judah, and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place.'" (Zephaniah 1:2-4)

"The Lord Yahovah will be terrifying to them, for He will starve all the gods [elohim] of the earth; and all the coastlands of the nations will bow down to Him, everyone from his own place" (Zephaniah 2:11).

The time of the weeds, Baals, and imposters is coming to an end with the end of this age, along with the Harlot Babylon who remain loyal to them and their teaching, so may you take to heart the truth and strive to remove them from your lives and do not remain loyal to their teachings.

They may have real powers, but remember that God wants your loyalty through our true Mashiach - Christ today, not these imposters, which goes with why He sent lions to plague the people in 2 Kings 17. The lions represent Satan, the adversary and imposters of God, even today, who "prowl around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour" (1 Peter 5:8), but the Lord said to the people, You shall not fear other gods, nor bow down to them, nor serve them, nor sacrifice to them. But Yahovah… you shall fear, and to Him you shall bow down, and to Him you shall sacrifice… and you shall not fear other gods… But you shall fear Yahovah your God; and He will save you from the hand of all your enemies" (2 Kings 17:35-39).

Further Testimonies 1/1/2023 11:31 PM
  • This testimony was given to me by a pastor who tried helping a man afflicted with a Python Spirit – a demon with powers to prophesy or tell the future. They got their name from Acts 16:16 where Apostle Paul met a slave who had, in the original Greek words, a “πνευμα πυθωνα” (pneuma Python) spirit, which is translated as a spirit of divination.

Python is the name of the Pythian serpent or dragon in Greek mythology that was said to guard the oracle at Delphi[1.1]. Python spirits have the ability to foretell or prophesy the future. This is a real spiritual power, so just because a spirit or person with this spirit tells you something that does come true, it does not mean the prophesy was from God.

Believers often think any prophetic guidance that comes true is from the Lord. But this is not true. Scripture like, "As for the prophet who prophesies of peace, when the word of the prophet comes to pass, then that prophet will be known as one whom Yahovah truly sent" (Jeremiah 28:9), and "Who is there that speaks and it comes to pass unless the Lord has commanded it? Is it not out of the mouth of the Most High that comes both evil and good?" (Lamentations 3:37-38)

Those verses are generalized statements and do not account for prophesying spirits. The powers and work of demons was often not discussed in the Old Testament, and even in the New Testament they were obscured for the benefit of the spiritually immature and expansion of the Gospel, for if the truth of demons in the kingdom were widespread, who would want to be involved with the church?

Also, the prophet that Jeremiah spoke of in Jeremiah 28:9 actually gave false prophecy, and was later rebuked by God (Jeremiah 28:12-17). However, God is the ultimate Power who gives powers and authority to all, even demons, so ultimately, even if a true prophecy comes from a demon, it was God that allowed it to pass, so Lamentations 3:37-38 is still true.

The slave who had the spirit in Acts 16:16 made her owners rich from fortune telling, so they used her and this spirit to profit from, which unfortunately is very common today, as modern-day fortune tellers, mediums, and diviners also have Python spirits that give them the ability to tell the future. This is another reason why God says, do not consult these people, mediums and spiritualists who whisper and mutter, should not a people consult their God? (Isaiah 8:19)

It is idolatry to consult fortune-tellers, mediums, and other means of divination, because you are depending on other spirits and means instead of God.

You get Python spirits either by practicing divination or bad spiritualism yourself, or through an inherited curse (generational curses) if your parents or ancestors often used divination, such as tarot cards, Ouija boards, astrology, palm reading, etc. or they were often involved in bad spiritualism, like being a medium for spirits.

How the man in this testimony got his Python spirit is unclear, but he was seeking help to get rid of it. It had begun to physically control him and even spoke through him while he was awake and conscious. Scientists and skeptics would classify this as a case of multiple personality disorder, but this was a clear case of a believing, saved Christian who was so afflicted by a demon that it could take control of him at will.

The reasons why he was so afflicted had to do with sins he committed, which involved a lot of divination, studying and believing in false prophecy (studying the prophecies of Nostradamus, a famous fortune teller who used divination, is an example), and excessive praying for spiritual guidance and trying to get prophecies or guidance through means that are not from God, which is the basic definition of divination.

The pastor cast out the man’s demon, but because both the man and pastor did not address the sins that gave the demon hooks, it came back worse, which is proof of what Yeshua – Jesus said, Now when the unclean spirit goes out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came,’ and when it comes, it finds it unoccupied, swept, and put in order. Then it goes and takes along with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there; and the last state of that man becomes worse than the first. That is the way it will also be with this evil generation (Matthew 12:43-45; Luke 11:24-26).

Christ did not clearly explain why the demon is able to come back and bring others with it. A common belief in the church is that demons can simply be "broken or binded" and commanded to never come back, which comes from false guidance and bad interpretations of "Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? Then he will spoil his house" (Matthew 12:29 KJV).

Christ only gives a clue when He speaks about binding the strong man, a metaphor for demons, and taking away or spoiling its possessions (Mathew 12:29; Luke 11:21-22). The church commonly understands that verse about casting out demons as having the authority and power in Yeshua – Jesus to cast out demons. That is what Christ is talking about in overpowering the strong man and casting out by the Spirit of God (Matthew 12:28; Luke 11:22). This is why many in the church can cast out demons. They use power and authority from God.

This can get demons out, but as noted here, they can come back even worse. It is because the "possessions" of the strong men are neglected. These are their hooks in a person – the sins that allow them to afflict a person, such as being active in divination and false prophecy (or any other sin for that matter), so if a person continues to sin after spirits are cast out, then their possessions in the person (their house) remain and are unspoiled, which is why Christ says, if it finds its house empty, swept, and put in order, it will come back with seven other spirits worse than itself (Matthew 12:44-45; Luke 11:25-26).

This is God’s warning for continuing in sin, and because of this, when someone needs deliverance from spirits, I make it a point to tell them that they must be very serious about stopping any sins that caused their afflictions, because they can end up worse if they continue to sin after casting demons out. Yeshua - Jesus also confirms this when He told a man that He healed, "Stop sinning or something worse may happen to you" (John 5:14).

Testimonies like this give proof that demons can indwell and “possess” or control even saved believers. Many preachers do not believe truly saved, reborn believers can be afflicted like this, but they speak from inexperience and are blinded by their false teachings. Even big names, like John MacArthur, who teach that demons cannot affect or indwell believers are wrong about this. Their scripture references to prove their viewpoints are used out of context, while they ignore testimony and witnesses to how our spiritual fights actually work (for more, see Myths: Saved believers reborn with the Spirit cannot have demons indwell them and Satan and demons are defeated and can’t possess Christians).

  • This testimony is about a ministry that was taught by their imposter spirits of God, their Baals, to conduct group meetings in a structure of going from one spiritual room to another, like the structure used in God’s tabernacle and temples in Jerusalem where there is an outer court, an inner court, a holy place, and innermost room, called the Holy of Holies or Most Holy Place. This temple structure like God uses gave the rituals from the imposter spirits more seeming authenticity, and so often puts down the guard of believers to think they are acting by God’s ways.

Like other imposters of God, these spirits went by the names of Christ Jesus and Christ’s and God’s other names, such as His Hebrew ones. This shows that trying to directly address God by His names is not a foolproof way to bypass spirits that pretend to be God, Christ, or the Holy Spirit.

Much spiritual guidance from these imposters appear authentic, especially when prophecy is involved, but big problems come up when the spiritual guidance this ministry got contradicted scripture and plain truth. Their Baals convinced them that Christ actually already returned and that His Millennial Reign already began. The leaders of this ministry had decades of experience as ministers, yet they were fooled.

The lies of Christ’s return and Reign were disguised as spiritual returns and reign. These lies are evident for more knowledgeable believers who know that scripture says Christ’s return is a physical one and all saved Christians will be resurrected when He returns as well - we will meet Him in the clouds (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Acts 1:11; Zechariah 14:4).

Despite having much experience, this ministry’s Baals brainwashed their people to believe in its lies and false teachings. Its use of God’s temple structure was a part in it, and to link these imposters of God with the ancient Baals, archaeology confirms the ancient Baals were imposters of God by showing their temple structures were also organized in similar ways to God’s where there were separating rooms and an inner most room called the “holy of holies”[1.2].

This ministry refused correction and scriptural truth to get them out of the control of their imposter spirits, and to my knowledge, they continue to serve and listen to their Baals today.

  • A man gave me a testimony about a near-death experience he had when he crashed his motorcycle into a wall. When he crashed, he had a waking dream experience where he saw his spirit leave his body and go through the wall. Then he proceeded to interact and speak with people and spirits in this “spiritual” realm. He thought it was a real experience of leaving his body and interacting with others in this realm, but details of the interactions were very questionable and not consistent with authentic spiritual interactions, so his near death experience was not truly an out of body experience but a lucid dream or vision from a spirit that was not of God.

Why would I say that and not that it was a dream from his own mind? It’s because I know of other spiritually induced lucid dream or vision experiences that came from demons. Some people take long spiritual journeys with their demons that feel absolutely real to them.

    • For example, one woman said she had many, many trips to heaven where she saw life and beings there, but seeing that her “heaven” had very unusual things, like rollercoasters and favorite foods that appeared at will, and the things she learned in her spiritual journeys were false teachings, I had to conclude she was being misled by a kind of lying spirit that misconstrues the truth, such as the Baals I’ve been talking about. This type of demon is often also a Python spirit and is what I would call a Joker spirit because they often give false guidance that twists truth with a warped sense of humor.

    • Another man had a trip to hell during prayer where he was shown horrors that made him preach a false gospel of salvation by works of righteousness.

    • A woman in Ireland was visited by a spirit claiming to be an ancient Celtic god during her near death experience. The god in her experience told her to worship him, so she did afterwards.

These testimonies show that not all near-death experiences are from God or are actual out of body experiences, but are lucid dreams or experiences from spirits that are not of God given to mislead.

Further Scriptural Proof of Today's Baals 2/7/2023 12:53 AM

When I was researching things for the recent article about God’s names, I ran across Old Testament scripture that directly proves what I’ve been stating about the Baals of today – that they have taken over God’s place in believers’ lives and His people are in idolatry because of it. I explained much of this in the entry for “My Husband” in The Actual Names of God and Christ, but I will copy the text here as there is more to be added about this shocking proof.

Ishi, pronounced ["ee-shee"] means "My Husband" in Hebrew. It is used as a more affectionate term for husband and God in Hosea 2:16, which is a prophesy of New Covenant times, ’And it will come about in that day,’ declares Yahovah, 'That you will call Me Ishi (my Husband) and no longer call Me Baali [a parallel term for Master, Lord, or Husband]. For I will remove the names of the Baals from [My people's mouths], so that they will no longer be mentioned by their names (Hosea 2:16-17).

The whole chapter of Hosea 2 is a prophecy still unfolding now (Hosea 2:18 has not fulfilled), but it is clear it refers to New Covenant times because Apostle Paul refers to it in Romans 9:25-26 referencing Hosea 2:23, I will sow her for Myself in the land. I will also have compassion on her who had not obtained compassion, and I will say to those who were not My people, ‘You are My people!’ And they will say, ‘You are my God!’ This refers to the salvation of the gentiles or all non-Jews by the New Covenant.

The reason God uses my Husband with Baali or my master/husband with the sense of the Baals in Hosea 2:16-17 is not just because the New Covenant under Mashiach Yeshua is a light yoke, but because of the imposters of God, the Baals of this age, that use God’s names, especially those of Christ Jesus.

This is why God says He will remove the names of the Baals from her mouth (the mouth of His people in entirety who became loyal to imposters of God – Jews, Messianic Jews, Christians, and even Muslims (see God’s Alarm for details why Muslims are included)), for a great majority of the church and believing communities are using the names that today’s Baals have taken over, and so they are unwittingly being loyal to these imposters instead of God (see God’s Alarm and Light Within for more).

Hosea 2 is a prophecy about our times now, and with God’s use of the name and title of the Baals in Hosea 2:16-17, it is direct evidence from God that His people today are truly being deceived by the modern-day Baals, as I have been guided to see for some years – they are addressing God through the Baals, which is why God’s says you will no longer call Me Baali [my Baal] (Hosea 2:16).

The Baal name invokes an image of a Master-Slave kind of relationship. Even today’s Jews do not like to use this word for husband because of its sexist overtones[6.25.3]. This Master-Slave relationship directly correlates with today’s imposters of God being literal spirits of slavery, who enslave with false teachings of strict commands of obedience (see Light Within for more).

God wants the names of these Baals removed (Hosea 2:17), and it is another reason why the Lord called me to write about His names recently; to show what God’s true names are, so His People leave behind the incorrect ones that the Baals have taken over, such as Jesus and Jehovah. It is time for God’s People to focus on Him truly instead of these Baals, and continue on into the complete fulfilment of the prophecy of Hosea 2. Because of this, I will replace Jesus with Yeshua in teachings more and more as time goes by.

The rest of the prophecy of Hosea 2 has more links to the corruption of the church and all of God's people in this age, but I will speak of these details in another update for God's Alarm.

Here, I will share a disturbing discovery that is directly related to this Hosea 2 prophecy and God's people today unwittingly becoming loyal to the Baals. A couple weeks before I noticed Hosea 2, I was helping someone understand God's names and had noted people mixing up the name Asher (one of the 12 sons of Jacob and 12 tribes of Israel) with the scripture where God says, "I am who I am," (Genesis 3:14) which in Hebrew reads "hayah asher hayah." The "asher" in Genesis 3:14, though is not the same word as the name Asher, even though they use the same Hebrew letters. They are pronounced differently (The "asher" of Genesis 3:14 is pronounced like "ahshare").

But because of these differences, I noted that the name Asher means "happy" and remembered a different conversation a few days before. That conversation was about a local church that people were being overly defensive and protective of, despite warnings of false teachings and harlotrous ministry focuses. When one person said she was wary of the church because it appeared "too happy," I remembered something else related to the name Asher.

Asherah is a female version of the name and also means "happy"[2.900.12], but it is also the name of the Canaanite/Babylonian goddess of fortune, happiness, and fertility, that the ancient Israelites were often guilty of worshipping.

Furthermore, Asherah is said to be the wife of Baal and other pagan father deities[2.820.3.1, 2.820.3.2, 2.900.12]. I immediately recognized these connections with the overly "happy" church. Most of these modern churches are part of the Harlot Babylon (see God's Alarm for details), and focus too much on joy and rapture, which is emphasized by false guidance from modern day Baals (see Light Within for details). So the church has unwittingly also become an Asherah, a wife of Baal - a wife of imposters of God, which gives even more proof to the truth God stated in Hosea 2:16-17 - His people are in harlotry and idolatry for loyalty to today's Baals whom they believe are God.

This is a terrible truth, but it only shows that God's people have fallen to the same lies and deceptions they fell to in ancient times with the Baals of that age. Scholars who research pagan worship practiced by the ancient Israelites have noted that they too mixed up God with pagan deities, like Baal and Asherah, even going so far as stating Asherah is Yahovah God's wife[4.1.9].
