To the Rabbinical Courts and Rabbinate in Israel and all Jewish Communities,

I have reviewed the ways you give “get” divorce documents. They are full of unjust judgment and the ways of men, not of God, for though El Elyon, God Most High, is faithful to see His promises of old, of the forefathers, remain to keep and rebuild you, my people Israel, you are still as the other nations, as mamzerim, misbegotten and illegitimate in your ways. You do not heed the laws and commands of El Elyon given to you in the Torah and by the Prophets, but follow the works of man and forces of darkness in your Halacha – the Talmud, Kiddushin, Mishnah, Haggadah, and Gemara. They are not the laws of God.

You are not shepherds who tend and feed the flock. Nor are you judges that make righteous judgment, for while you stand in your high places passing judgment, you harm and abuse your daughters by refusing to issue gets and chain them in prisons of abuse and depravity in their own homes.

Yahovah God, Yahovah Saboath (of hosts), now says treat the wives fairly and equally in matters of marriage and divorce, for what does one in flesh for the covenant of marriage mean? From the beginning the marriage covenant was to make husband and wife equal and united, but because of the sin in Eden, wives were cursed to be ruled over by their husbands, and so it has been up to this age.

But El Hai, our Living God, who is slow to anger has an end to His patience. He has let you have rule and authority as the nations do in your own various ways, but as the people of God, do you not know you are held to higher standards? Yahovah God will judge His people.

Recognize that you break the Torah when you make agunot, the wives who are chained, for El Elyon has said, Do not judge unfairly. Do not favor the poor or show preference to the rich. Judge your neighbor fairly. Do not go about spreading slander among your people. Do not stand idly when the life of your neighbor is in danger. I am Yahovah ( יהוה ). Do not hate your people in your heart, but rebuke your neighbor without bringing sin on yourself because of them. Do not take vengeance or bear a grudge against your people. Love your neighbor as yourself. I am Yahovah ( יהוה ) (Vayikra/Leviticus 19:15-18).

Yet in your refusals to fairly grant divorces, you do not judge fairly and you stand idle while a husband harms his wife and household. You hate your daughters for even considering divorce and so you bring sin upon yourselves with your unrighteous judgments.

Change your ways, judges, and courts now to give equality and fair judgment as El Elyon, God Most High, has demanded, or further curse will surely fall upon you. Do not think in your high places that none can touch you, but see that the hour is near and Yahovah Saboath has His hand raised against you, for again, your cities will be surrounded as in the days of Nebuchadnezzar, King of Babylon, and you will see that month when Yahovah God destroys three shepherds and when He breaks the covenant He made with all the peoples.

Remember Yahovah Saboath said, It was not for your sake, house of Israel, that you were gathered from the nations to return to your own land, but it was for My holy name that you profaned among the nations. It was not for your sake, so be ashamed and remember your evil ways (Yechezkel/Ezekiel 36:22-32). You took them with you into this age, though you are commended for removing other gods from your mouths, you still do not understand where your God is, what He does, or what He commands.

But you will see when the nations again gather against Yerushalayim/Jerusalem, Yahovah God will save the house of Yehuda/Judah first so that you will see that the glory of the people of Yerushalayim, that of Israel, is not greater than that of Yehuda, the house from which your Mashiach, Messiah, came. You will again look upon the One whom you pierced as He returns with His holy ones.

Signed,
Ty Alexander Huynh

Re-Affirmation for the Agunot 3/8/2024
It is fitting that God had me speak on International Woman's Day when I saw a new article at the Times of Israel about the continued woes of wives not being allowed to get divorces. It was enraging to see critics talk about "law" and "family health" when they have no idea how they are abusing women and others with their unrighteous judgments.

Comment made at "US Orthodox women activists pledge ‘sex strike’ in protest of religious divorce refusal"
<https://www.timesofisrael.com/orthodox-women-activists-pledge-sex-strike-in-protest-of-religious-divorce-refusal>
Minister Ty Alexander: "Mitzvah night"? And “using intimacy as a point of leverage for social protest is unwise and downright dangerous. More healthy families. More healthy relationships”? When did unrighteous religious coercion ever create healthy families or relationships?

And critics of the sex strike scream about "withholding sex" and "weaponizing" the bodies of wives? “How could you withhold sex?” they rebuke, as if it was their divine right to use women as they see fit. Let your lusts be starved, for your ways are not of God.

Truly, Israel and all in Judaism cannot see how dark you've become. God never ordained sex "mitzvah" for any Shabbat, but you hold up your Halacha as if God spoke it. When will you see, Israel, it is those in corruptions of law and power who made your Halacha and enforce it are those chaining the weaker or less knowledgeable in their shackles. They are not God’s chains, Israel.

Of unrighteous judgment and the withholding of gets and the making of agunot by the rabbinate, I have spoken of before. I first talked of it in other Times of Israel articles, "How She Sits Alone For These I Weep" and "Rabbinate Delays Divorce Of A Woman It Helped Wed But Now Says May Not Be Jewish" but they unwisely removed the words God had me speak there. If you would see what was originally spoken see, Daughter Israel, Make Right Your Ways, at 3rdCompass.

In those words I spoke the decree of God to allow wives to issue gets, for that is their right and by the name of El Elyon, God Most High, I re-affirm it. Amen.

Whosoever does not let these words be seen publicly and whoever in the power to issue and approve divorces and gets, whether they be rabbis, husbands, judges, or any authority, that do not allow God’s righteous judgment to be enacted will have God’s indignation fall upon them, for truly, where is their upholding of the Torah when God said, Do not judge unfairly.

Legitimacy of the Declaration 3/9/2024
After the re-affirmation of God’s decree to give wives fair and equal right to divorce, there were objections of, “He can’t say this or he can’t change the Torah,” or for those in Christianity, they say, What God has joined together, let no man separate (Matthew 19:6), referring to a decree God made for marriage for our current Age.

First of all, I speak to Judaism under the Law of Moshe/Moses, not to Christianity, but even those who bring up, Let no man separate, are incorrect about how God allows divorces today, so heed what is said here and learn more about valid divorce afterwards.

Now, as for authority to say these things, it is Yahovah El Elyon, God Most High, that anointed me to a station for God’s people. Whether you believe it or not is not the issue, but if you seek the truth then examine my history.

As for changing the Torah, it DOES state that a man, specifically, can divorce a wife by giving her a divorce document, and does NOT state the other way around (Devarim/Deuteronomy 24:1-2), but let not hypocrisy convict interpreters of the Torah, for your Halacha already has much corruption of true Torah that is misogynistic and long outdated, even as you acknowledge that you changed God’s decrees in the Torah because they are very, very long outdated. That and your Halacha in themselves are sin, because God said of the Torah, You shall not add to nor take anything away from the words I command you, so that you may keep the commands Yahovah ( יהוה ) your God commands you (Devarim/Deuteronomy 4:2, 12:32).

Remember the Torah was made for the Bronze Age, three to four thousand years ago, and God is NOT misogynistic, but from the beginning INTENDED husband and wife to have a union of harmony and equity. This was stated in the original decree when I asked you, what does ONE FLESH really mean? (Bereishit/Genesis 2:24), and before the ultra-religious cry foul again, thinking that God decreed the husband to be lords over their houses, then I say again, God is NOT a misogynist and you must learn more and correct yourselves.

So do not try to convict me of wrong when I state what is right by El Shaddai, God Almighty. He gave the Torah for the hard hearts of men who were, and apparently still are not ready to this day, for the righteousness and ways that God planned from the beginning.

Also, even in the ancient Torah, God spoke man when He meant man and woman, such as with sexual sins, like homosexuality, and when He commanded, Do not judge unfairly. Do not favor the poor or show preference to the rich. Judge your neighbor fairly… Do not stand idly when the life of your neighbor is in danger” (Vayikra/Leviticus 19:15-18). Did God mean to exclude women or any other class of person in those words?

And again, I ask you what did God mean where He also said, man, in Eicha, To deprive a man of justice in the presence of Elyon [the Most High], to defraud a man in his lawsuit - Of these things Adonai does not approve" (Eicha/Lamentations 3:35). Did El Elyon exclude women from that statement?

About Mamzerim - Illegitimates
Israel, in your Halacha and judgments about denying divorce, you speak of the importance of not creating mamzerim – illegitimates - who are denied future marriage and denied rights as part of the Jewish nation, quoting from the Torah (Devarim 23:3/Deuteronomy 23:2). However, as you often incorrectly interpret what God speaks, you also do not truly understand what mamzerim are. Your definitions are nonsensical, hypocritical, and misogynist stating things like a mamzer is a child born of a married woman from an adulterous affair, but you say an adulterous man’s child is not a mamzer. How much more of this will you live by, Israel?

True mamzerim are people who are illegitimate so as to be barred from participation in holy congregations or assemblies for God – these are people of pagan spirituality and faith whom show no allegiance to El Elyon, as well as their descendants (Devarim 23:3/Deuteronomy 23:2). God told His people not to marry them, but never said mamzerim were Hebrew children of adultery or fornication.

Because of the true definition of mamzerim, there are no grounds in the Torah for withholding divorce because of creating “mamerzim” who cannot marry in the future or participate in God’s assemblies. And because you do not understand true mamzerim, you also wrongly deny marriages when they should be allowed. To all this, like most other Halachi, I must state, “Lo bashamayim hi” - the law is not in heaven.

If all I said does not convince you to take action and make divorces asked by wives legal, then the authorities will have HaShaphat, The Judge, make rulings in their lives. But for the agunot who want quicker solution, I have God’s preferred way forward. Accept El Elyon’s laws and ways for His people that were given by HaMashiach, The Christ, and be renewed and blessed as part of God’s something new from which He prophesied in Yirmiyahu 31:21/Jeremiah 31:22.

See God’s Offering For All In Judaism for more on this, then once you’ve accepted God’s offering and renewal, seek a state divorce by the ways of Christianity, but be certain it is lawful under God before proceeding, because having a state divorce under circumstances where God still does not allow divorce means the marriage will remain in force. You will not be a mamzer, but will still be married and become adulteresses if you seek intimate relations apart from your spouse. See Valid Divorce for more… And please seek my help and counsel on any of these issues as well with the contact form.

May Yahovah Rapha (Who Heals) bring the agunot out of suffering and into renewal and great blessings in the name of Mashiach Yeshua. Amen.
