Yesterday’s mass shooting at a Minneapolis Catholic school and church was in an area I used to live near. Two young children died and the news flooded with witness accounts of older grade school children, only about 11 or 12 years old, rushing to cover the bodies of their first grade classmates to shield them from bullets. The testimony of events was heartbreaking and the location very familiar, but even so, the tragedy did not feel any worse than the many, many I've seen these past years; Many shootings and massacres like it.
I’ve talked about them before as God showing how He brings judgment, even to, or better put, especially, to His people
(see Who’s Fault Was Uvalde, TX? for more). What more can I say that I haven’t already stated?
How many more times does God need to insert His counsel to the typical
mass "We must do something!" response that does not truly understand why these tragedies are
happening and show that these events really are God's judgment on the
peoples? On His very own people.
How long can they keep going on like this, from tragedy to tragedy, everyone looking to blame all the wrong things? As a state representative said during a press conference for the Minneapolis shooting, this incident is just the latest out of a long string of horrific mass shootings that have happened in the last decades. It seems like there is nothing new or different about the shooting, and in fact, as I saw more details about it and how people responded to it, I saw no difference whatsoever from past tragedies – innocent children and a believing community attacked, people and spiritual leaders who should know the root causes, and yet no one sees accountability in their own ways. They simply blame everything else; gun violence and easy availability of assault rifles and military grade firearms or failures in emergency response.
In the speeches yesterday, everyone focused on protecting the children by taking more forceful action to restrict guns. They stated more, more action because that fight, too, is decades long and has not yielded a lot of change in gun legislation. However, unlike officials and spiritual leaders who spoke about the shooting, like, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, who I believe said, “Don’t tell me it’s not about guns,” I know it isn’t all about the guns. God has shown me, which I have relayed to you, again and again, guns and emergency prep are not the causal factors. They are only secondary factors to the much bigger problem God has been pointing out - rampant sin in society and within all the peoples of God are seriously hurting them and their loved ones.
All miss the point that God has had me proclaim for decades now – To protect your children, your loved ones, and your communities, you must acknowledge and come out of the sins I have presented all this time. You must also come out of that Harlot Babylon who teaches and perpetuates these sins as well. I speak in detail in
God’s Alarm, so if you’re new here, go over it and all related documents, because like I stated in the
final warning of God’s Alarm, this latest shooting gives believing communities who sit secure in their doctrine and ways a taste of God’s judgment that has already come upon others who also sat secure in their ideologies, like Judaism, Ukraine, and other devout Christians, both liberal and conservative;
there is no clean place among my people.
May all who have suffered in the latest shooting and all past tragedies come to the wisdom and repentance necessary to keep them safe and at peace. Their healing and providence will come quickly. Let these things be in the name of Mashiach Yeshua. Amen.
