For Purim and the lost ways of the church and Israel, I wrote a song of lament as was the tradition of Esther and Mordecai on Purim to sing laments (Esther 9:31)

My People are lost to lies...
They fall under weights of false beliefs;
Though the Lord lifted His Hand to save...
She pushed His Life away...

My soul is cast in sorrow
God's Bride is blind to folly_
He moved the world to save her,
But the enemy poisons astray___

What can be done to save my People?
What can be done to open her eyes__?
His servants go and invite with Light,
But with empty lanterns, she goes her way___

Will God let her wander forever?
What day will see her release?
Let the Lord deal with her in His Way___
Let the Lord take the clouds in His time_

Though I march under skies blue-gray
And see my People fall into earth_
I keep my hope in the Lord
To alight the skies with Truth

My People will see the day...
She will turn from dark and death
Let her glory in God, His Truth, and Ways__
Let her shine with Christ forever... in the City always___
